Prices
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. All Booking Deposits are required to be paid before bookings will be processed.  Deposits are 50% of the advertised price.  Full payment is required 60 days before the start date of the booked holiday. If  payment isn't made 60 days before your arrival date, your booking is incomplete and void, with no refunds. If bookings are made inside the 60 days then full payment is required immediately.
 
Travel Documents
Fanning Island Surf does not take any responsibility for each individual Travel Documents provided to the customer.  These include airline tickets, transfer notices, insurance documents and any other similar documents given to the customer.  It is the responsibility of the customer to have their travel booked, paid in full and confirmed before commencing the booked holiday with Fanning Island Surf.  

Cancellations
Travel cancellations from flight carriers to Christmas Island & Fanning Island are beyond our control and we will try to reschedule your booking if possible. If we are not able to reschedule the booked holiday, payment will not be returned. We recommend that you buy Travel Insurance. Rescheduling of a booked holiday made inside 60 days of the booking will incur an additional 25% fee of the packaged price.

Liability
Fanning Island Surf does not accept any liability of any nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense, inconvenience or loss of enjoyment caused directly or unavoidably indirectly or any other event which is beyond our control & which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Neither Fanning Island Surf nor any of its representatives accepts any responsibility for oceanic variability or climatic conditions that do not match your expectations or are beyond your capabilities. All activities engaged in are solely at your own risk and of your own choice.

Health and Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is always strongly recommended by Fanning Island Surf.
